Which plan suits you
If you would rather never think about it – Automatic Delivery. Our software monitors your usage and schedules a delivery before you run low, so there is no gauge to check and no call to remember.
We deliver whether or not you are home. It is free to enrol and carries a per-gallon discount over calling each time. This is the plan most households end up on, and the one that makes running out unlikely rather than merely less likely.
If you want the season’s price settled in advance – Pre-Buy. You buy your fuel up front at a set rate and we deliver it across the season as you need it. You are protected from every increase after you sign, and the budgeting is done in one decision rather than six. It asks for the money at the start, which is the trade.
If you want a stable rate without paying up front –Fixed Fuel. You lock a price for the contract term and pay as you go at that rate. It gives the same insulation from a mid-winter spike as pre-buy without the lump sum. The commitment runs both ways: if the market falls, you stay at your fixed rate.
If you run equipment rather than a boiler – Clear or Dyed Diesel. Clear diesel is ultra-low sulphur, refined to 15 ppm or less, which is what most modern engines, generators and heavy machinery require to run properly and meet emissions rules. Dyed diesel is the same fuel dyed for off-road use and sold tax-exempt, which makes it the cheaper choice for anything that never touches a public road. Bulk and commercial accounts are welcome on both.
If you want the burner looked after too – Annual Service Contract. A yearly inspection and tune-up of your oil burner, plus priority response when something goes wrong. The argument for it is preventive: a tune-up costs a fraction of an average repair, before counting the fuel an unserviced burner wastes across a season.

Delivery Plan FAQs
What is the difference between pre-buy and fixed price?
Both fix your rate for the season; they differ in when you pay. Pre-buy is paid up front — you purchase the fuel now and draw it down through the winter. Fixed price is paid as you go, at a rate agreed in advance. Pre-buy asks for the money first and removes the question entirely; fixed price keeps your cash until you use the fuel. Neither lets you benefit if prices fall after you sign, because that is what fixing a price means.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it varies by service area. Ask when you set up your plan and we will confirm the minimum for your address.
Do you deliver to my town?
We cover Westchester County, the Bronx and parts of Putnam County, with more towns than we have published pages for. The full list, grouped by which service is available where, is on the delivery areas page – enter your ZIP code there, and call us if your town is not listed rather than assuming the answer is no.
