What's the difference between Automatic, Pre-Buy, Fixed, and Will-Call delivery?
Automatic Delivery monitors your usage and schedules fuel for you, free to enroll. Pre-Buy lets you purchase fuel upfront at a locked rate. Fixed Fuel locks in a set price for the season without prepaying. Will-Call means you order whenever you need a fill. Compare plans to see what fits your household.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes — minimum order size varies by service area. Contact us at 914-893-4800 to confirm the minimum for your address.
Can I cancel or switch out of a Fixed Fuel contract?
Fixed Fuel contracts lock in your price for the season; switching to Automatic, Will-Call, or Gasoline delivery mid-contract carries a $500 cancellation fee. Automatic Delivery itself has no such fee and can be started free at any time.
What kind of heating oil do you deliver?
Ultra-low sulfur heating oil (ULSHO), refined to just 15 parts per million sulfur – about 70% less sulfur dioxide than traditional oil, which means cleaner combustion, better boiler efficiency, and eligibility for certain NY tax incentives.
Do you offer more than fuel delivery?
Yes – beyond heating oil, diesel, and gasoline, we provide HVAC & boiler repair/installation, annual maintenance contracts (with a free cleaning and tune-up), and plumbing services, all from one licensed provider.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept credit cards in addition to other standard payment methods.
