Pre-Buy Contract

BEST FOR: THE LOWEST AVAILABLE RATE

You buy the season's fuel upfront at a locked rate, then we deliver against it as your usage requires. The biggest commitment of our plans, and the lowest rate - minimum order varies by area, so call to confirm yours.

Fixed Fuel Contract

BEST FOR: PROTECTION WITH FLEXIBILITY

Locks in your rate like Pre-Buy, but with more flexibility on when you enroll. A middle ground for households wanting protection from mid-season increases without committing as early.

Automatic Delivery

BEST FOR: NEVER THINKING ABOUT IT

We track your usage against local weather and schedule deliveries before your tank runs low. No gauge checking, no phone calls, no advance rate commitment.

Annual Oil Burner Service

BEST FOR: KEEPING THE SYSTEM EFFICIENT

Annual maintenance for your boiler or furnace, including tune-up and inspection. A well-maintained system uses less fuel for the same heat — and most breakdowns give warning signs first.

All-in-One Contract

BEST FOR: SETTING EVERYTHING UP AT ONCE

Combines fuel delivery and service enrollment in a single form, rather than completing several separately.

For Businesses

Fleet Fueling Application

BEST FOR: VEHICLES FUELED ON SITE

On-site diesel delivery to your yard, job site, or facility — so drivers start full without a station stop, and equipment gets fueled where it sits.

Generator Fueling

BEST FOR: STANDBY GENERATORS

Scheduled fuel service for backup generators at commercial, medical, institutional, and residential properties — so the tank isn't discovered empty during an outage.

Gasoline supply for commercial operations across Westchester County.

Contract & Plan FAQs

Which heating oil contract is cheapest?

Pre-Buy is typically our lowest rate, because you lock in before winter demand moves the market. Fixed sits in the middle, and Automatic Delivery is priced at the market rate with no advance commitment.

A fuel contract sets how you’re priced for the oil we deliver. A service contract covers maintenance and repair of your heating equipment. They’re separate, and you can have either or both.

Yes. Most customers reassess annually, and there’s no obligation to stay on the same plan year over year.
